Ayesha holds a BSc. in Banking and Investment degree from the University of Mauritius.

Following this she worked at the BCP Bank (Mauritius) in the Private and Retail banking department. BCP Bank is a wholly owned subsidiary of Groupe Banque Centrale Populaire (BCP) and is the sixth largest banking group at Tier 1 Capital in Africa.

As the only North and West African bank to be present in Mauritius, supports the growing dynamics towards French-speaking Africa as well as investments from Asia, specially China and India, towards Africa.

Her journey at the Swiss School of Management began in 2017 where she undertook the dual MBA Program in Finance and in Global Management & Leadership completing it in 2019.

She is currently a Doctoral Student and specializing her research project in Financial Technology (FinTech) and Artificial Intelligence (AI).
