Professor of Business Law
Benedetta Podestà is a Professor of Business Law, Moot Court, and International Law & Ethics at the Swiss School of Management. Born and raised in Rome, she is an Attorney at Law, registered at the council of the bar association of Rome, where she is also a member of the Green Economy Commission. She graduated at the University of Tor Vergata with a thesis on Administrative Law and she achieved a Postgraduate Executive Master in Family Mediation at the University G. Marconi. Moreover, she holds a Postgraduate master in Educational Methodologies. In 2021, she earned a specialization on Data Protection, GDPR and Information Security, achieved at the “CREG: Center for Economic and Legal Research” of the Tor Vergata University, in Rome. She attended several Courses on Blockchain and Generative AI. She actively works as a Data Protection Officer, in Italy and abroad–providing training courses on Data protection, Cybersecurity and New Technologies. She is also a certified trainer on Work Safety and Founder of the “Avv. Benedetta Podestà Law Firm”.
